Delivery & Returns
Order Tracking
We provide order tracking for all Deliverys using ParcelForce. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. We aim to get the products out to you as soon as possible.. we know what its like waiting for new parts!
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the Delivery method. All orders are shipped via the Parcel Force 48H after the order has been processed and should arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to track your package’s progress.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer Mainland United Kingdom delivery as standard, if you are interested in a product and would like it delivered outside of the United Kingdom please fill out a contact form so we can give you a Shipping Quotation. We don’t want you missing out!
Returns and refunds
Here at RoyalFab we are committed to providing a premium top quality product that you are going to be happy with, we understand that sometimes you have a change of heart or simply need to get a refund for some reason.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and we may ask to see photos or other evidence of the damage. Depending on the circumstances, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at Royalfabco@hotmail.com Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with information on the next steps to getting you a refund.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return Delivery fees are non-refundable and depending on the circumstance we also charge a 10% restocking fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Royalfabco@hotmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
